Steven Moe, host of the Seeds and New Zealand Institute of Directors Board Matters podcasts, is a lawyer who is about empowering impact and catalysing good ideas by helping get legal structures right. He is a partner at Parry Field Lawyers in Christchurch, New Zealand.

Leveraging over 20 years’ experience practising law in New Zealand, England, Australia and Japan, Steven works with start-ups, investors, tech companies, charities and purpose-driven businesses. He is an Edmund Hillary Fellow and frequent writer for publications like Stuff and The Spinoff. He also hosts the Board Matters podcast with New Zealand Institute of Directors.
