An authority on strategic business model innovation in complex environments, Catherine applies her expertise as the chair and member of professional services, technology, and for-purpose boards. She understands the imperative to achieve organisational alignment from the top down before employing frameworks to scale up.
Recently, Catherine was appointed to the advisory board of the first women-led incubator project on web3, IncubateX_NFT, to advise on growth funding strategy and market development in a purpose-led ecosystem. Puerto-Rican-based IncubateX is paving the way for projects that positively impact humanity by creating an ecosystem that connects innovators to a community of champions that are looking to make a significant difference to the world.
