As an independent advisor, mentor, and consultant, Rowena helps new entrepreneurs, business owners, organisational teams and/or NFP committees interested in developing valued projects, products, services and/or processes that improve the quality of life for humans. Rowena is a life-long learner, and values learning about innovative ideas, visualising what is possible, and ideating how ideas can come to life so that people and organisations can pursue purposeful entrepreneurial endeavours.
Rowena’s career has evolved across geographical areas as well, having lived in four Australian cities and worked in state government departments, operated private businesses, and volunteered for several NFP organisations in Tasmania, New South Wales, Queensland and in South Australia. In between all these activities, she has completed several qualifications from four Australian universities.
With this background, Rowena is better informed about how product, service, and processes progress under uncertain economic conditions at the local (individual/organisation) level through to the industry sector (systems) level from both a practical and academic perspective.
