Mary Goodwin

Mary is a collaborative leader and trusted advisor with over 25 years of experience working in senior leadership roles in local, national and global organisations, across the private, public and not for profit sectors. She is energised by working with others, and enjoys connecting with people.  She is the founding Partner of One People Pty Ltd, a Queensland based consultancy and small business helping organisations achieve their full potential through strategic and pragmatic advice and experience that delivers.

While challenging the Procurement paradigm is a passion of hers – being an experienced CPO – Mary’s skill set and experience is much broader, positioning her as a sought after voice to contribute to, and lead, strategies and business cases involving mergers, the viability of organisations and transformations. A key strength of hers is taking big business concepts and frameworks and making them scalable and practical.

Mary is a Certified Chair and is currently guiding a number of small businesses through foundational and growth stages, helping founders and CEOs find that necessary space to work “on” the business rather than “in” the business. She has recently accepted the position as Queensland Community Co-Chair to support the member community of the Advisory Board Centre.
