Anita Muller

Anita works with CEOs and owners/founders of small to medium-sized growth businesses, helping them strategise their future organisation and take practical steps that move them towards it. She focuses on the critical role of CEOs and the challenges they face in dynamic and rapidly changing industries. This systemic work aligns and leverages strategy, organisation, and leaders to create new value and accelerate change in real-time. It often needs support to emerge and flourish in businesses where the CEO’s role is operationally centred.

Anita brings to the table a blend of strategic, commercial and leadership experience gained through an extensive executive career and in more recent times as a non-executive director, advisor, and executive coach. She operates across a wide range of businesses, industries and organisation types. Organisational complexity and CEO aspiration for business growth and change are consistent themes.

Anita is a Certified Chair™ and a Graduate Member of the AICD. She currently chairs a health services advisory board. She works directly with CEOs, boards and senior executives in retail, manufacturing, technology, health, higher education and not-for-profit industries.
