A highly strategic and collaborative leader, Chris continues to build his non-executive reputation to complement his decorated executive career. Formerly the State Director of Hays in Western Australia, with operational responsibility for the recruitment and advisory services to more than 1,000 employers with just under $300m turnover in FY23 and a workforce of up to 130 direct staff and a further 2000 indirect contractors.
Chris has regularly featured in the media and more broadly in discussions relating to ESG, diversity and inclusion and skills shortages. As a Certified Chair™ and AICD graduate, Chris has served on several external boards and advisory committees where he is able to govern and influence through his leadership experience, his passion for building diverse and inclusive teams and advising on the future of work, particularly the emergence of the green economy.
